Jonathan Schwartz (a.k.a. "The General of Jam") has been a part of the Jam_On family since its inception. When we let him out of the studio, he hangs at the offices of Relix magazine, working hard to spread the jamband genre across the nation. His greatest pleasure is dancing to his favorite Grateful Dead live CDs with his daughter (and dreaming of a Jets Super Bowl victory).

So says Stef Scamardo, and with a philosophy like that, what better place for her to DJ on than Jam_On! She’s not just a DJ, though: Stef is also the Founder and President of Evil Teen Records and Hard Head Productions and Management. The company's roster, past and present, includes Gov't Mule, Warren Haynes, Chris Robinson, Living Colour and DJ Logic among others. She also executive produced the recent album by Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh, There And Back Again.

Emily Anton – or Aunty Em as we call her around here – has worked all over the radio dial. She cites one of the most interesting gigs she’s ever had as her stint at Radio CBGB. “It was middle-of-the-night, in-your-face radio, broadcast from the pizza place right next door to the legendary NYC club.” Of course, working in, or near, CBGB instills one with a great love for live music. Aunty Em's got the love in spades, which makes her a perfect choice to DJ here at Jam_On!
