Q: Hi Cousin Bruce!
I'm a new subscriber, and I just can't get enough of your show. Out of all the choices on SIRIUS Satellite Radio, I say that '60s Vibrations is the best. I have a question for you. I don't know who sang it, but it's a song that I haven't heard in many years. Its about a girl walking in the woods and finds a "half frozen snake." She takes it home to nurse it back to health, but the snake was not very appreciative, to say the least! I hope this is one you and Cleo can track down for me.

A: Case Solved! Our trusty staff and blound hound Cleo found this one. The song is "The Snake" by Al Wilson. Thanks for your question Cuz! Detective Brucie, Trace of Lost Records, is always on the case...
Love,
Cousin Brucie
Q: Hi Brucie!
It is so good to hear you on SIRIUS. I remember trying to listen to you on my portable radio here in Scranton, PA. It's a pleasure to hear you crystal clear on SIRIUS, especially when I'm having dinner and through the evening hours. Is there any way I can get a copy of your theme song by the Four Seasons? Keep up the good work and keep Rockin'!

A: Cousin Paul,
You can find my theme song on the Four Seasons' Anthology, which should be available just about anywhere these days. Enjoy!

Cousins,
Did you ever really look forward to an amazing event – maybe that special party? Well, for me it’s here. Your Cousin Brucie will now be heard by not only my SIRIUS listeners, but thousands of XM listeners will now be able to hop on board and join us for our weekly shows. This is a dream come true! What a fantastic opportunity for all of us. There are so many of my radio relatives that have been waiting in the wings for this day. Long lost cousins and now so many new listeners will be able to tune in as SIRIUS XM starts to air its special programming.
Here’s your Cousin’s schedule - our Wednesday show, Cruisin’ With Cousin Brucie will feature the very best of our music from the '50s and '60s. And yes, that very popular feature: "The All Request Hour" will remain in the third hour of the broadcast. Showtime remains the same, 5 pm - 9 pm ET. Now here’s the important change, the show will now be heard on SIRIUS XM '50s on 5 - that's Channel 5!
Cousin Brucie’s Saturday Rock & Roll Party will still fly high on SIRIUS XM '60s on 6, that's Channel 6, from 8 pm - Midnight ET(same time and same station!). Dedications, requests, contests, prizes, surprises and our music from the '50s, '60s and '70s. Like I always tell you, Cousins there is nothing like this on earth! The holidays are upon us and we are once again planning to give you special holiday programs, the fun and music for the season, so get ready to cuddle up and rock with the Cousin. Keep listening for new of our annual live Christmas Party. The show that is one of my favorites: "Cousin Brucie’s Christmas Show" presents the greatest pop Christmas songs of all time. Brian, Annie Cleo and of course, my horse, Marsha will all be ready for our new adventure…welcoming our relatives from XM. This is going to be one big radio family. Let me hear from you soon.
Love & Music,
The Cuz |

Brucie,
I sure hope this email gets through. I sure am enjoying Cousin Brucie's show on ‘50s on 5. I have his Doo Wop book and enjoy listening to his knowledge of the music industry. Thanks Cousin Brucie and welcome to ‘50s on 5!
Chuck
Dear Cousin Brucie,
I was delighted today when I heard you on XM radio. I remember listening to you in the late fifties in New York, with the Musical Museum! Like yourself, I graduated from James Madison High School. One day in 1959, our English teacher, Mrs. Freilicher, played a tape in which you were speaking. It's wonderful that you're still working in a job that you love.
Sincerely,
Paul Elstein

Hi Brucie,
I remember many years (or decades) ago listening to your first show on WABC at 7 pm. I was near Baltimore visiting friends, I brought my radio along, and managed to pick you up when you took the air. All these years later, it was quite a treat for me to hear your first show on XM tonight. It is a real coincidence, as I travel a lot. However, I am back in the same neighborhood tonight that I was in those many years ago. It has been a remarkable experience and it was deja vu all over again!

Cousin Brucie,
I turned on my XM radio today and there you were. What a time warp!! I used to listen to you back when I was 17. I'm turning 65 in the next week. I lived in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and my Dad, a radio nut, set up a huge antenna so we could listen to you on WABC. I live in Prince George British Columbia now (about 700 miles north of Seattle). Having satellite radio is awesome, with all of you playing my favorite music.
Keep On Rockin'
Bob D'auray
